We don't post job ads. We call people we know.
When a project lands, we reach into our network and find the right people. Engineers, tradespeople, project managers, estimators — whoever the project needs. If you're already in our pipeline, you get the call before we look anywhere else.
That works for a lot of different people. Some are in permanent roles and curious about what it would look like to go out on their own. Some are already contracting and want a stronger pipeline of interesting work. Some just want to stay close to future opportunities without changing anything right now.
