Ion Exchange Resins & Adsorbers
Ion exchange resins are the workhorses of industrial water treatment — used across demineralisation, water softening, selective contaminant removal, and ultra-pure water production. IXRO supplies premium-grade resins including DuPont Amberlite™ product lines, available for WA projects through Eclipse Services.
Resin types include strong acid cation (SAC), weak acid cation (WAC), strong base anion, weak base anion, chelating resins, and selective exchangers for specific contaminant removal. Products are selected based on feed water chemistry, target quality, flow regime, and regeneration requirements.

Reverse Osmosis Membranes
Reverse osmosis is the primary technology for desalination and high-purity water production across a wide range of feed water qualities. IXRO supplies brackish water and seawater RO membranes suited to WA's diverse source water conditions — from mine site bore water to coastal desalination applications.

Ceramic Membranes — MF / UF / NF
Ceramic membranes offer significant advantages over polymer alternatives in demanding applications — particularly where elevated temperature, aggressive chemical cleaning, or long service life requirements make polymer membranes impractical. IXRO's ceramic membrane range spans microfiltration (MF), ultrafiltration (UF), and nanofiltration (NF) pore sizes.
With service life extending to 20+ years and resistance to strong acids, caustics, and elevated temperatures, ceramic membranes are suited to the harsh process environments common in WA mining and resource processing operations.

PFAS Remediation — Anion Exchange
Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are persistent contaminants subject to increasing regulatory scrutiny across WA's industrial, defence, and mining sectors. Anion exchange (AIX) is a proven technology for PFAS removal from groundwater and process streams, delivering high removal performance without thermal destruction.
IXRO's primary PFAS AIX product is DuPont Amberlite™ PSR2+ — a high-capacity, single-use anion exchange resin engineered for broad PFAS selectivity across both long- and short-chain compounds. Eclipse Services maintains local WA access to IXRO's inventory, enabling rapid supply for pilot trials, emergency remediation, and capital projects.
